Named after our founders Lucinda and Jordan 

Lucy and Jordan started LAJ on the  Surf Coast in 2025 and with a over 15 years of local history we think we have something greta to offer. Both with a history in fitness and sport and with a passion to create amazing homes and spaces. 

Jordan was brings 20 years of professional building experience all over the world and Lucy brings years of experience running some of the most desirable short term rental properties and with a strong passion of horticulture and gardening.  

We specialise in commercial and residential construction projects, including new construction, renovations, and additions, and premium landscapes. Our team has extensive experience and knowledge in the industry, allowing us to provide our clients with top-notch services.

Together we have also created a system runs small construction and maintenance projects like clockwork. So our clients get only the best service available.
